Project managing and designing this redevelopment of land to create a new house right next to Battersea Park. The old cottage was demolished and a new build consisting of six bedrooms in a 4 storey house complete with basement excavation, was raised in its place.

The Project

Christine worked closely with And Architects to create a modern yet elegant home that fit the family’s lifestyle. The brief was to use natural products of brick, stone, wood and glass. Muted colours and delicate fabrics were then chosen to soften the look, and light was skilfully drawn into and through the home from outside and within. The freedom to conceive an entirely new space over the four floors allowed for a truly modern and unique home to be created.
